For a paid product or service, the applicable product page or checkout information will specify the price, service conditions and any product-specific refund terms before payment.
Where cancellation is available, a customer should submit the request as soon as possible through the support channel or the method stated on the applicable product/service page.
Refund requests should include the customer name, transaction/reference information, product/service name and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed according to the applicable product terms and applicable law.
